Include the useful essentials
Include your company, role, destination and expected quantity. Add the product reference if you have selected a combination, or describe the functions you need. Tell us whether you are developing a branded collection or comparing several starting points.
- Logo, colour or packaging references, if available.
- Your intended market date, separating shipping from production.
Use the timing as a planning starting point
The project minimum is 1,000 sets. Sampling is 7–10 days and production is 35–45 days. Combination, customization and scheduling are reviewed in the quotation; these ranges are not a shipment arrival promise. Flag any launch, training or campaign date.
Keep one clear project reference
If you continue through another channel, repeat the product reference and project name. Do not include payment credentials or sensitive personal documents in the first inquiry. Before sharing confidential artwork, agree how it will be handled and the permitted use in writing.
