What is the minimum order?
The project starting reference is 1,000 sets. The configuration, customisation and order quantity are confirmed in the quotation.
How long do sampling and production take?
Planning references are 7–10 days for samples and 35–45 days for production. These are not delivery transit times; the schedule is reviewed against your project.
Can I send my logo and packaging brief?
Yes. Describe the logo position, colour and packaging in your initial enquiry. Feasibility, cost and the sample are reviewed before project approval.
Does the brush count refer to brush heads?
Counts refer to separate brush units. Some assortments include double-ended brushes; check the actual arrangement and final brief.
