Organize the assortment before requesting a quote
Use product references to identify requested combinations and quantities. Separate shared specifications from colour, logo and packaging variations. The project minimum is 1,000 sets; allocation and options must be confirmed in the quotation rather than assuming all versions can be combined on identical terms.
Prepare destination and receiving requirements
Identify the importer and the party reviewing classification, labels and documents. Provide carton, coding, language and warehouse requirements before packaging approval. Request evidence appropriate to the actual product where needed; a general report or factory image does not replace an order-specific file.
- Link the invoice, packing list and product reference to the same version.
Make a reorder comparable
Keep the signed reference sample, component list and artwork version. For the next order, confirm what remains and what changes before pricing. Production is 35–45 days with scheduling confirmed in the proposal; do not assume that an earlier timetable or option automatically carries into a new order.
